Ocean Storm meowed, excitement in her voice,[/color=gold]
"Okay!" The carefree tabby's smile warmed her silver face.
She blinked her golden orbs twice, almost like she was waiting for Broken Silence to hiss and say something about how horribly bland her (Ocean Storm's) past was compared to her (Broken Silence's) own. But the she-cat said nothing, only nodding her head to acknowledge that she had heard. Ocean Storm's smile widened slightly, her own silent way of saying thanks.
"I should probably head... home, I guess I could call it."
"Yeah, I guess we should. The sky was beginning to darken. Had they really been out so long? Then, the she-cat began to realise that the darkened sky was actually midday sky covered in a thick blanket of grey stormclouds.
"Oh no! Did I do this?!" She flattened her ears against her head as it started to sprinkle down lightly, then start to get harder and harder.
